Lunallena "petit-hotel-tanguero" will have a sister soon

Hola Amigos de Lunallena "petit-hotel-tanguero",

for all of you who have already stayed at lunallena for your Buenos Aires tangotrip, or all wishing to come to the source of Tango Argentino and stay with us... there are important news to share with you.

Lunallena "petit-hotel-tanguero" (see pictures: www.flickr.com/photos/lunallena2135 )
will have a "Sister" soon. I have been telling friends and guests "soon" for the last 5 years, but please remember, this is Argentina...and now "soon" is getting as near as 15 of january 2009.

As we are july 2008, it is still too early to show you pictures of how it will be, but within the next weeks I will put some pictures of the construction and so you can get an idea of what to expect.

Lunallena "suites" is around the corner of lunallena "petit-hotel-tanguero", on Guatemala Street, near Arevalo.(Palermo Hollywood, 3 minutes walking distance from subte D, Carranza station)
As it will be a place to stay for tangodancers, many things will be similiar to the lunallena you know. There will be a couple of rooms with private bath in one appartment who share a kittchen, patio and terrasse. And a fantastic dancefloor for the whole house.

But there will be also 8 Suites within the same building (means independent appartments with bedroom, living, kittchen,bathroom, balconies) for those who want to be part of the tangocommunity of the house, but still have more privacy and space. That is like the best "of both worlds".

On top of all is a absolut superb terrasse, and the sous-terrain hosts a danceroom which is more like a space for a milonga.

As lunallena "suites" will be able to accomodate more people than lunallena "petit-hotel-tanguero" it is specially interesting for the ones who organize tangotrips to Buenos Aires. (if they book early enough in advance to get the complete house, they can come with a group up to 24 people)

Now, if you ask me, why it took from 2003 to 2009 to get things together so far....that is another history with the title: "Estamos en la Argentina..." , no maybe it could have happened somewhere else too...

Which I will tell when I am in the mood....

and...it has not been decided what will happen to lunallena "petit-hotel-tanguero" once its sister will be born...hopefully both places will live happily forever..
